In 2000, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in psychology from Arizona State University. In 2005, I went on to earn a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. During my education I was an intern at the University of Utah's women's clinic. I offered my therapeutic services to women with a wide range of diverse issues.
Following graduation, I worked for several years as a staff therapist for a residential treatment program for adolescents. My focus of treatment was helping families repair relationships and improve family dynamics.
In my experience, one of the barriers to getting help is finding the right professional. I am here to help you find a place to start. My focus in life has turned to raising my young children, but I am still passionate about helping people find the help they need to navigate the inevitable and unexpected circumstances life throws our way.
